I think it’s been a minute since I posted an Ipsy review. I’m pretty sure that I swore up and down that I was done come October’s bag. I’m pretty glad that I stayed on (read: forgot to cancel) though.
First impressions under the cut!
This June post is incredibly belated because the bag was so blah. So blah that I opened it and left it shiny pink packaging and all on top of my printer, which kitties promptly knocked behind the printer and I promptly forgot about. This review is mostly going to be a downer, which if you look at my older reviews on my old blog, you’ll find that I’m generally pretty stoked on the contents of my bag, even if they tend to be the “less popular” bags.
I am officially back to being seriously blonde.
I’m giving Draco Malfoy a run for his money.
I could cosplay as a hipster Daenerys Targaryen.
In another life (15 or so years ago) I was still basking in being naturally very blonde. Come puberty or so, my hair began its rapid shift to… dishwater. And then, for a long time, my hair was all sorts of colors. As in, most of my friends have never seen my natural hair color. And until recently, I wasn’t even entirely sure* what it was.
I’ve been debating canceling my Ipsy subscription for awhile now. While I generally like and use 3 of the 4 or 5 products I feel so wasteful holding onto products that I don’t (or will never use) and having more makeup makes than I would ever use. But instead of canceling, I re-took the quiz and this month came out pretty great.
